Our Galvanized Pre-painted Steel Coil (PPGL) is a reliable metal material widely used in construction, industrial and household applications. It is made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel substrate, which undergoes a complete surface pretreatment process including degreasing, pickling, phosphating and passivation to enhance coating adhesion and long-term performance.
The coil is coated on both sides with high-quality organic paint such as Polyester (PE), Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) or PVDF via advanced roller coating technology. With a controlled coating thickness of 10–30μm, the product offers consistent color stability and good weather resistance. Under normal outdoor conditions, it maintains a uniform appearance over extended periods without obvious fading, peeling or cracking.
The base galvanized layer, with zinc coating weight ranging from 30–275gsm, provides effective corrosion protection, helping to extend service life compared to ordinary carbon steel. The material also features good mechanical properties, including high yield strength (195–420MPa) and excellent workability. It can be easily bent, cut, stamped, formed and welded without damaging the coating, supporting efficient fabrication for different project needs.
We offer a wide range of customizable options. Available thickness ranges from 0.3–1.2mm, width from 800–1250mm, and coil outer diameter from 1000–1500mm. A variety of standard RAL colors are available, and custom color matching can be arranged based on customer samples. Surface finishes including glossy, matte and textured are also offered to meet diverse design requirements.
Typical applications include roofing, wall cladding, partitions and ceilings for industrial plants, warehouses and residential buildings. It is also suitable for home appliance casings, container liners, metal furniture and decorative materials.
