• Composite and Splicing Capability: It can be compounded with insulation cotton, aluminum foil, honeycomb cores, and other materials to produce color steel sandwich panels, meeting thermal insulation requirements. Meanwhile, it allows quick splicing and installation through locking and lapping methods, eliminating the need for additional painting processes and directly shortening the construction period.

• The coating is made of materials such as polyester (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and silicone-modified polyester (SMP). It can withstand harsh climates including acid rain, ultraviolet radiation, and alternating high and low temperatures, maintaining stable performance within the temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃.
• The dual protection of the hot-dip galvanized base material and surface coating greatly enhances corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life even in scenarios like industrial plants and coastal areas with high salt spray.

• It can be customized with different coating thicknesses and colors to meet special requirements such as fire resistance, antibacterial properties, and antistatic performance, making it suitable for places with strict environmental standards like food workshops, electronic factories, and clean laboratories.
