Product Description
The YP3630W is a three-stage, high dynamic range broadband power driver amplifier using an advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT process. This amplifier provides 31.67dB gain and 31.2dBm P1dB at 2GHz while drawing 940mA current from a 5V typical bias condition. The YP3630W is assembled in a 16-pin, 4x4mm2, QFN package. It is internally integrated with ESD protection circuitry on all ports and incorporates a shutdown function trough the VCTR pin.
