YSGM606506 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO, using a high cut-off frequency RF transistor as an oscillating tube with high output power and good isolation.
This VCO uses high stability oscillation circuit structure, high precision varactor diode and high output power RF Triode to ensure stable starting waveform and high output power.
It adopts 5V standard voltage, which is compatible with the working voltage in the range of 3V and 6V, and has a wide tuning voltage range, which can realize the output of wide band and high power.
