130-180MHz Ultra Low Phase Noise VCO Rf Voltage Controlled Oscillator
YSGM131804D is a highly integrated, standard packaged broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) product.
The improved Colpitts oscillation circuit structure and integrated buffer buffer are adopted, which has the advantages of stable oscillation, good isolation and high output power.
It is compatible with the working voltage in the range of 3.3V and 6V to meet the needs of different systems, and the tuning voltage range is 0-5V with high tuning sensitivity.
The in-band flatness and high-order harmonic suppression are optimized, and the output is connected to the 50 Ω radio frequency line.
