YSGM182008 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO, using a high cut-off frequency RF transistor as an oscillating tube to output power.
High rate and good isolation.
This VCO uses high stability oscillation circuit structure, high precision varactor diode and high output power RF Triode.
The starting waveform is stable and the output power is high.
The system is supplied by 5V standard voltage, and the tuning voltage can be up to 9V, thus the broadband output can be realized.
YSGM182008 also integrates rectifier filter unit and RF output matching unit, requiring only a few peripheral components and good output power flatness.
The output end can be directly connected to 50 Ω radio frequency line, which is easy to use.
The device package adopts the general package size of 7mm × 9mm × 2mm, which can directly replace the market.
