Product Description
YSGM556006 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO with two-stage transistor Cascade structure, low working current, high output power and good isolation.
This VCO uses a new high-frequency oscillation circuit structure, high-precision varactor diode and high cut-off frequency radio frequency Triode to ensure the stability of the starting waveform and good consistency of the oscillation frequency band.
The system is supplied by 5V standard voltage, and the tuning voltage can be up to 9V, thus the broadband output can be realized.
