1. Structural design
   • Cantilever structure: It consists of a fixed column (or wall support), a rotating arm, an electric hoist and a control system. The cantilever can rotate horizontally around the column (maximum rotation angle 180°).

Installation method: It is directly fixed on the wall or an independent column, without ground support, saving space, and is especially suitable for narrow or ground equipment-intensive places.

  • Modular design: The cantilever length can be customized (usually 2~10 meters), and the electric hoist (such as wire rope or chain type) can move along the cantilever to cover a circular or fan-shaped working area.

2. Performance characteristics

   • Rotation + movement: The cantilever can be rotated manually or electrically (electric rotation requires a slewing drive), and the hoist moves along the cantilever to achieve precise positioning in three-dimensional space.

   • Electric control: Lifting, walking and rotation are operated by buttons or remote controls, which is labor-saving and efficient, and suitable for frequent lifting operations.

   • Moderate load capacity: The load range is usually 0.125-3 tons, suitable for light material handling (such as mechanical parts, molds, packaging boxes, etc.).

   • Wide coverage: All areas within the cantilever rotation radius can be covered, suitable for fixed-point loading and unloading or production line material flow.

3. Application scenarios
   • Workshop workstation: used for loading and unloading of machine tools and material supply of assembly lines.

   • Warehouse loading and unloading: Carrying goods at fixed points between shelves or loading and unloading platforms.

   • Maintenance area: Lifting tools or parts during automobile maintenance and equipment overhaul.

   • Space-constrained places: such as underground garages, small factories and other areas where traditional cranes cannot be installed on the ground.

4. Safety and maintenance
   • Overload protection: Equipped with an electronic load limiter, it automatically cuts off the power supply when overloaded to prevent equipment damage.

   • Limit device: The rotary limit switch prevents the cantilever from rotating excessively, and the lifting limit prevents the hoist from hitting the top.

   • Low maintenance requirements: simple structure, few lubrication points, daily only need to check the bolt tightness and electrical circuits.

5. Comparison with other cranes:Compared with traditional bridge cranes:

   • Small space occupation: no support rails or columns are required, and zero ground space is occupied.

  • Lower cost: installation and maintenance costs are significantly lower than large-scale cranes.

Compared with mobile cranes:

  • Accurate positioning: electric control is more suitable for repetitive fixed-point operations.

  • High stability: fixed installation reduces shaking and is suitable for precision lifting.
