1. Structural features
Slant-stayed design:
The cantilever is connected to the column through a diagonal tie rod (or cable) to form a stable triangular support structure, which enhances the bending resistance and is suitable for lifting medium loads (125kg).

Manual operation:
No electricity is required, and lifting is achieved by hand-pulling the chain or pushing the rotation, which is suitable for power-free or explosion-proof environments (such as workshops, warehouses, maintenance rooms, etc.).

Rotation function:
The cantilever can usually rotate 180°~360°, covering a fan-shaped or circular working area, and improving operational flexibility.

2. Carrying capacity
Rated load: 125kg, suitable for lifting small and medium-sized workpieces, molds, equipment accessories, etc.

Safety factor: Usually designed in accordance with national standards (such as JB/T 7334-2016), with a safety factor ≥1.5 to ensure stability.

3. Core components
Cantilever beam:
Adopts I-beam or box-type structure, which is lightweight and resistant to deformation.

Diagonal rod/cable:
Adjust the cantilever angle (usually 30°~45°), disperse the force, and reduce the bending moment of the column.

Hand chain hoist:
Standard 1-ton hand chain hoist (such as HSZ type), the chain length can be customized as needed.

Slewing mechanism:
The rotating base with ball bearings rotates smoothly when pushed manually.

4. Installation and adaptability
Column fixing:
Can be installed on the ground (pre-embedded anchor bolts) or fixed on the wall to save space.

Adaptability:
Can be upgraded with I-beam rails, electric hoists, etc., and expanded into a mobile cantilever crane.
