 Structural features
1. Carrying capacity

Rated load: 5 tons, suitable for medium industrial scenarios (such as workshops, warehousing and logistics).

Applicable main beam span: 7.5 meters, in line with national standards (such as GB/T 14405).

2. End beam design

Open tooth transmission: adopts gear-rack meshing drive, with high transmission accuracy, suitable for working conditions requiring precise positioning.

Box-type welded structure: The main body is welded from Q235B steel, which is lightweight and has high bending strength.

Wheel set: Equipped with cast steel wheels, adapted to QU-type tracks, evenly distributed wheel pressure, and reduced track wear.

3. Drive system

Motor and reducer: Standard three-phase asynchronous motor + hardened tooth surface reducer to provide stable driving force.

Braking device: Normally closed electromagnetic brake, automatic locking when power is off to prevent accidental slippage.

Frequency conversion control (optional): supports stepless speed regulation, suitable for frequent start-stop or precise positioning scenarios.

 Safety and functional configuration
1. Safety protection

Limit switch: Mechanical/electronic limit is set at both ends to prevent the end beam from overtravel.

Buffer device: Polyurethane or hydraulic buffer to absorb collision energy.

Overload protection: Equipped with load sensor or electrical overcurrent protection, the power supply is automatically cut off when overloaded.

2. Adaptability

High-strength bolt connection with the main beam to ensure overall stability.

Expandable configuration: Add anti-sway system, remote control operation or automatic interlocking (suitable for smart warehouse).
