The end carriage(or end truck) wheel block kit for the bridge crane or gantry crane is a welded steel structure that supports the main girder and enables smooth travel along the runway rails.
It includes:
Wheel Assembly: Double-flanged forged steel wheels with anti-derailment design.
Wheel Case: welded box-type or reinforced rectangular tube construction for durability.
Drive System: Geared motor for travel motion (single or dual-drive options VFD).
Buffers: Rubber or polyurethane shock absorbers to minimize impact at rail ends.
Adjustability: Shim pads for wheel alignment to ensure parallel travel.
Surface Treatment: Sandblasted + epoxy paint for corrosion resistance.
