DMG Type Electric Chain Hoist Brief Description

The housing is a reinforced, lightweight cast aluminum housing.

Hoisting motor: A high-performance motor with a large safety reserve even at high ambient temperatures and long operating times.

The use of 2 lifting speeds with a 1:4 ratio and frequency conversion control can meet multi-speed requirements.

Chain drive: The device is a complete assembly consisting of chain and chain drive, which facilitates quick and easy replacement of the entire chain drive without disassembling the motor or gear components. The chain drive is made of highly wear-resistant materials and has a long service life.

Chain collection box: Suspended by a pivot connection, made of tough, flexible and particularly impact-resistant plastic.

Bottom hook: Forged, high strength, the hook can rotate 360 degrees, and the specially designed safety latch ensures safe operation.

Optional VFD Control: Smooth acceleration/deceleration for sensitive loads.

Electric Trolley

Endurance-tested bearings for smooth movement.

Adjustable wheel gap to fit different beam widths (e.g., 100–300mm).
