1,High safety:
Dual brake system: This is a key safety configuration. Usually includes:
Disc brake: Located at the tail of the motor, sensitive response and good heat dissipation.
Mechanical (or electromagnetic) safety brake: Located on the high-speed shaft of the reduction gearbox or on the drum, as a second safety guarantee, it can brake reliably even if the disc brake fails.
Multiple limit protection:
Lifting upper limit switch: Mechanical (lever type) or electronic (absolute encoder) to prevent over-winch.
Lifting lower limit switch: (usually optional).
Running limit switch: (usually installed on the crane end beam or track end block).
Overload protection: Some models can be equipped with an electronic overload limiter.
