1. Rated load:
10 tons: This is the maximum weight that the hoist can safely lift under normal working conditions. This is the core parameter.
2. Lifting height:
6 meters: Refers to the vertical movement distance of the hook from the lowest position to the highest position. 6 meters is a common medium lifting height specification, suitable for a variety of plant environments. (Note: The actual available lifting height will be slightly less than 6 meters, and the space occupied by the hook group itself needs to be considered).

Compact structure and lightweight:
The use of high-strength alloy steel and optimized design significantly reduces the weight of the hoist body and the running trolley (if equipped).
The load-bearing requirements of the plant structure (such as the traveling beam) are reduced, saving construction costs.
Low clearance design: The drum and pulley group are compactly arranged, and the distance from the hook to the bottom of the hoist body (hook spacing) is smaller, maximizing the use of the plant height space.
High modular design:
Main components (motor, reduction box, reel, limiter, electric control box, etc.) adopt standardized module design.
Easy to install, disassemble, maintain and replace spare parts, greatly reducing downtime.
Excellent safety and reliability:
Dual braking system: Usually equipped with independent mechanical brake (normally closed disc brake) and electromagnetic brake built into the motor (conical rotor or disc type), providing double safety protection, even if one fails, the other can still brake effectively.
Overload protection: Optional mechanical overload limiter or electronic weighing sensor can be used to prevent overload and protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
