1. Clear core parameters:

2. European design features:

Three-in-one drive mechanism: The lifting motor, reducer and drum (wire rope winding device) are highly integrated in a compact unit. This design has high transmission efficiency, good structural rigidity, and easy installation and maintenance.

 

High-performance lifting motor:
Equipped with a built-in disc brake, automatic braking when power is off, safe and reliable. The motor usually has a thermal protection function.

Wire rope and drum: Use high-strength, wear-resistant, and torsion-resistant galvanized wire rope (such as 6x36WS+IWRC or similar structures). The drum design is optimized to ensure that the wire rope is neatly arranged to reduce wear and the risk of rope disorder. Usually with rope grooves.

Hook device: Equipped with high-strength forged alloy steel hook (16 tons class) that meets international standards (such as FEM, DIN). The hook usually has a safety tongue (lock) to prevent the load from unhooking and can rotate freely 360°. Standard pulley block (the ratio is designed according to tonnage and structure, commonly 2/1 or 4/1).

 

Traveling trolley (if configured): If it is a traveling hoist (which can travel on I-beam rails), its traveling trolley also adopts a compact design. The running motor is usually also an independent three-in-one structure (motor + reducer + wheel group), and is also equipped with a disc brake. The running speed can be selected according to needs (such as dual speed or variable frequency control).
