1. Compact structure and light weight
Essence of European design: This is the most significant feature of the "European" hoist. By optimizing the structural design (such as the use of high-strength materials, compact motor and gearbox design, and reasonable drum layout), the overall size and weight of the hoist are minimized while ensuring strength and performance.
Benefits: Greatly reduces the load requirements on the plant structure (especially the crane beam), saving construction costs; increases the effective lifting height (the hoist itself occupies a small space); facilitates transportation and installation; reduces the weight of the supporting crane.
2. High lifting height (15 meters):
The lifting height of 15 meters can meet the needs of most industrial workshops, warehouses, maintenance workshops and other scenes, providing a larger working range.
3. High-performance lifting mechanism:
Powerful motor: Equipped with a special lifting motor with high power, high efficiency and high protection level (such as IP55) to ensure stable and reliable operation under a load of 20 tons.
Hardened gearbox: Made of high-strength alloy steel, the hardened gears are precision machined and heat treated to provide extremely high load-bearing capacity, transmission efficiency and service life, smooth operation and low noise.
Large-capacity drum: The optimized drum can accommodate a sufficient length of wire rope (to meet the lifting height of 15 meters) and ensure that the wire rope is neatly arranged to reduce wear.
High-strength wire rope: High-strength, anti-rotation, and wear-resistant wire rope that meets standards (such as DIN, FEM) is selected to ensure safe carrying of 20 tons of load.
Dual-speed/frequency conversion speed regulation:
Dual-speed: Usually equipped with two lifting speeds of fast/slow, slow for precise positioning, and fast for no-load or light-load efficiency improvement.
Frequency conversion speed regulation (more advanced): More and more high-end European hoists use variable frequency control (VF Drive) to achieve stepless and smooth adjustment of lifting speed from zero to maximum. This greatly improves positioning accuracy, operating stability and impact protection of the load, and is a sign of high-end applications.
