1. Column-free design
The main beam is directly suspended on the steel structure of the workshop roof or the lower flange of the special I-beam track, which does not occupy the ground space and is suitable for places with narrow passages (such as assembly lines and warehouse mezzanines).
2. Minimalist main beam structure
Cold-rolled I-beams or box beams (section height is usually ≤300mm) are used, with a deadweight of only 300~500kg and low requirements for roof load (generally ≤1.5 tons/point).
3. Modular components
Standard segment main beams (3~9m/segment) can be quickly spliced to adapt to different spans (usually ≤16m).
4. Low investment cost
The price of the whole machine is about 30,000~80,000 yuan (only 1%~3% of double-beam bridge cranes), and the installation fee is less than 10,000 yuan.
