1. Core hardware configuration
High-performance inverter: Adopt industrial-grade vector inverter (such as Schneider brand), support closed-loop vector control, and realize precise adjustment of motor torque and speed.

Multi-motor coordinated control: Can independently control the three motors of main hoist, trolley and small car, and support multi-speed switching (such as high speed for light load and low speed for heavy load).

Redundant design: Redundant protection (such as dual power input and emergency bypass) is adopted for key circuits to ensure safe switching in case of failure.

2. Intelligent control function
Adaptive speed regulation:

S-curve acceleration and deceleration: Reduce mechanical shock and extend the life of gears/wire ropes.

Real-time monitoring of load torque: Realize dynamic speed regulation through encoder feedback to prevent heavy load from slipping.

Positioning accuracy control:

Millimeter-level positioning (absolute encoder optional), support inching fine-tuning (JOG mode).

Brake integration: The inverter has a built-in brake unit, which can realize fast energy consumption braking with the resistor box, and support mechanical brake linkage control.
