What We Need for Your Custom PCB?

• Gerber files (including all layers, outline, silkscreen, solder mask)
• Drill files (NC drill format)
• BOM list (Bill of Materials, if you need PCB assembly service)
• Centroid / Pick and Place files (for SMT assembly)
• PCB specifications: board thickness, copper thickness, surface finishing, quantity, impedance control requirements, etc.



PCB Assembly Process:

PCB Fabrication: The bare PCB is manufactured based on Gerber files, creating copper traces, pads, and layers as the foundational "skeleton".
Component Sourcing: Components (resistors, ICs, capacitors, etc.) are procured according to the BOM, including both SMD and THT types.
Solder Paste Application: Solder paste is precisely printed onto SMD pads using a stencil to form "connection bridges".
Pick-and-Place: Automated machines place SMD components onto the PCB with micron-level accuracy.
Reflow Soldering: The PCB passes through a reflow oven, melting solder paste to create secure electrical and mechanical connections.
Through-Hole Insertion: THT components are inserted manually or via automated equipment as needed.
Wave Soldering: The PCB passes over a molten solder wave to form reliable joints for THT components.
Inspection & Testing:AOI checks for visual defects (e.g., soldering flaws, component misalignment).
Functional Testing: Verifies the PCB's electrical performance and functionality.
Final Cleaning & Packaging: Residual impurities are removed, followed by anti-static or customized packaging for delivery.
