Electrical System

The electrical system mainly includes the following parts: engine control, monitoring instruments, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic system control, torque limit and safety monitoring, etc.

The composition of the electrical system: conventional electrical system and PLC monitoring system.

The conventional electrical system adopts a 24V parallel circuit, and the wiring of the electrical equipment adopts a single-wire system with negative grounding. Including power supply, start control, cab air conditioning and audio, lighting (lights), wipers, etc.

The PLC monitoring system includes the control of main and auxiliary winches, rotation, main arm amplitude change and other actions, and engine status monitoring. All actions adopt liquid proportional control technology, and the PLC logic control through CAN-bus bus technology can effectively ensure the realization of various functions of the host and fully reflect the people-oriented design concept.
