Safety measures

This crane widely uses mechanical, electronic and hydraulic safety and alarm devices to ensure the safe use of the machine. Safety devices include torque limiter, slewing locking device, boom anti-flip device, lifting height limit device, boom angle limit device, anemometer, slewing warning and hydraulic system overflow valve, balance valve, etc.

Installation mode & working mode switching

In installation mode, the overwinding prevention device, boom limiter, torque limiter, etc. are not functional, which is convenient for crane installation; in working mode, all safety devices are functional.

Emergency Stop

In an emergency, pressing this button will stop all actions.

Anti-overwinding function

The boom head is equipped with a main hoist and auxiliary hoist wire rope anti-overwinding device to prevent the wire rope from overwinding. When the main hoist and auxiliary hoist wire ropes are lifted to a certain height, the overwinding indicator light on the display will light up and the torque limiter will stop the lifting action.

Anti-over-releasing function

The main hoist and auxiliary hoist mechanisms are equipped with three-turn protectors to prevent over-release of the rope when the drum is releasing the rope. When the main hoist and auxiliary hoist wire ropes have only three turns left, the over-release indicator on the display will light up and the torque limiter will stop the falling action.

Pawl locking device

This function is used to lock the main luffing winch to protect the boom and park it safely when it is not working.

Mechanical safety device

The slewing locking device is used for mechanical limiting of the vehicle when the crane stops; the main arm and auxiliary arm bracket anti-rollover device prevents the arm and bracket from tilting backward.
