Safety measures

Three-color torque warning light

The three-color torque alarm light consists of three colors. When the torque percentage is below 90%, the "green light" is on, indicating that the crane is operating in a safe area; when the torque percentage is between 90% and 100%, the "yellow light" is on, indicating that the crane is close to the rated load range. When the torque percentage is higher than 100%, the "red light" is on, indicating that the crane is overloaded and in a dangerous area. The control system automatically cuts off the crane's movement in the dangerous direction.

Sound and light alarm

When the crane is moving or rotating, the sound and light alarm lights can flash and sound to alarm.

Lighting

Lighting lamps are installed in front of the turntable, above the control room and inside the control room to provide lighting for night work.
