Premium corrosion-resistant flanges manufactured from Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) superalloy for demanding industrial applications.
Advanced Material Properties
- High Temperature Performance: Continuous service up to 980°C (1800°F) without scaling, with 2X higher creep strength than 316L stainless steel at 650°C
- Superior Corrosion Resistance: 0.02mm/year corrosion rate in 20% HCl (ASTM G31 tested), excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater (PRE Number >50)
- Oxidation & Carburization Protection: Protective chromium oxide layer for furnace and thermal applications, NACE MR0175 compliant for sour gas environments
