1. Principle and characteristics
1.1.The heating principle is the same as that of the high-voltage electrode boiler, which uses the high resistance of water to directly heat the water through the current.
1.2.The working voltage is 380V, three-phase connection, and the current is directly guided into the water between the three-phase electrode and the zero-position electrode. The power is achieved by adjusting the conductivity in the furnace.
1.3.The feed water is softened water with a conductivity (25℃) of 300-1300us/cm, which reduces the reverse osmosis device compared to the high-voltage electrode boiler.
1.4.The low-voltage electrode steam boiler is composed of a low-voltage electrode steam boiler, a feed water pump, a water softener and a control system.
1.5.Compared with the resistance boiler, it has high thermal efficiency, anti-dry burning function, and the boiler body is safely grounded.
1.6.It can be directly connected to 380V low-voltage electricity, without high-voltage electricity, and occupies a small area.
1.7.Modular design, easy installation and maintenance.
1.8.Power range: 0.1t/h-3t/h.

3. System Introduction
3.1.The low-voltage electrode steam boiler is composed of a low-voltage electrode steam boiler, a feed water pump, a desuperheater, a water softener and a control system.
3.2.Compared with the resistance boiler, it has high thermal efficiency, anti-dry burning function, and the boiler body is safely grounded.
3.3.It can be directly connected to 380V low-voltage electricity, without high-voltage electricity, and occupies a small area.
3.4.The boiler power is controlled by the output current of the electric control system. Modular design, easy installation and maintenance.
