2 by2  back-lit panel automatic glue dispensing robot assembly glued panel and PCB 

600*600mm back-lit panel or 2by2 back-lit panel light assembly requires PCB strip sticking on the bottom of LED panel light board. GDS machine can achieve automatic glue dispensing on the board and sticking the PCB automatically. Two-station design makes cycle working possible to improve efficiency again. Two workers cooperate with the machine. one is responsible for puting the PCB downside on the fixture, the other is responsible for puting the panel housing on the glued PCB strips. Despite 600*600mm panel, 300*600mm, 300*300mm panel gluing also can be done with this machine. Fixture customization is also available. Change to production of different size panel is easy and fast. LED light manufacuturers no need to worry about the operation learning and maintenance. Easy to learn and operate. GDS can also offer solution based on customer's requirement.
