Machine Description
2X4 back-lit panel is just different in size with 2x2 panel. The assembly process is the same as 2x2 or 2x1. Depends on different manufacturer's production requirements, 6 or 8 or other numbers PCB strips are used, accordingly same number silicone glue line is also required. GDS multi-heads glue dispensing machine is exclusively used for such application. 2X4 machine can be used as well for 2x2 and 2x1 panel. Each dispensing heads can be controlled independently. For small size panel, a few more panels can be put on the platform at the same time. The capacity of this glue dispensing machine can be times of manual operation, saving much labor cost and time consumption and even glue material cost.
