Automatic glue dispensing / assembly equipment control line for T8 glass tube

This project has adopted modular design, it has some basic functions: 

automatic PCB glue dispensing, sticking together with glass tubes, automatic glass tube loading.

The following modules are also optional:

automatic PCB cutting module, automatic PCB sucking and loading module, automatic glass tube unloading and stacking module and the back end’s manual assembly and aging line. Clients can choose different modules according to their actual needs.

The front end is T8 glass tube glue dispensing machine. It has eight heads that can satisfy the capacity requirement of 1000 pcs/h and only needs two workers to operate.

The functions are mainly as follows: Automatic glass tube loading, automatic PCB glue dispensing and sticking together, semi-finished glass tubes unloading and stacking manually (Semi-finished: glass tubes with PCB already being glued). 

The back end achieves the assembly, aging and testing of semi-finished tubes ( Semi-finished: glass tubes with PCB already being glued) online by means of transmission chain. Main functional modules include

(1)Manual soldering driver and PCB;

(2)Lamp holder[cap] assembly, testing if it is bright or not[lighting test], positioning, etc;

(3)Finished product aging test;

(4)Final testing and defect-screening.
