Machine Description
electric kettle base is the place where heating coil built. For use safety, the base should be waterproof and insulated. Using silicone adhesive to satisfy the above requirements is the general practice taken by most kettle manufacturers. Manual silicone application gets the disadvantages as low dispensing speed, uneven silicone application and too much glue-waste. GDS automatic glue dispensing robot can be invested for ketter manufacturers to address the above problem caused by manual glue application. The glue dispensing robot can be programmed to move following the kettle base gluing position quickly. The working platform is big enough to hold multiple pieces kettle base, which allows the dispensing heads work in cycle to reduce waiting time.
