Machine description

This automated glue application system uses a rotating platform divided into eight equally spaced positions. The smart rotating mechanism turns precisely by a quarter-circle (90 degrees) each time, efficiently moving two workpieces at once into position under the glue nozzle.

The system's clever design ensures smooth, steady rotation that spreads adhesive evenly around circular parts. By always moving two pieces simultaneously (placed opposite each other on the platform), it doubles productivity compared to single-piece systems while maintaining high positional accuracy.
