Machine Description
desktop aumatic glue dispenser is a practical glue application tool. It is capable of using 300ml package silicone or 2600ml
package silicone. With 3-axis movement control unit, the dispensing head can be programmed to move in different path,
thus dispensing glue in different path. For led flood light, gasket between housing and glass cover is necessary for
waterproof performance IP grade and components protection. GDS desktop automatic glue dispenser is a quick invest on
production automation which can save much labor cost and at the same time improve LED flood light quality. The working
theory is to put the work-piece on the moving platform by the designed fixture, the working platform and gluing nozzle move
as programmed track to coat the work-piece accurately by compressed air.
