Silicon Carbide (SiC) heating elements are non-metallic electric heating components manufactured from high-purity green hexagonal SiC crystals generated at temperatures exceeding 2200°C. These elements can operate at temperatures up to 1450°C and provide continuous service for over 2000 hours in vacuum atmospheres without requiring protective gas environments.
