Production Introduction
The 200-liter production line adopts a brand-new vertical production process, with compensating rolling ribs to maximize the printing and lamination of the barrel surface: no imprinting and expanding W ribs make the barrel self-forming, making the surface clean and tidy without scratches and rolling injuries ;Rolling type flanging; three-pass sealing and seven-layer edge sealing; automatic bottom cover feeding; automatic welding seam and cover mouth positioning; cam integrated barrel delivery, cam synchronous barrel delivery.
The whole line adopts several splicing forms, and then cooperates with the bus motion control system, which not only saves space but also has higher synchronization performance, making the production process safe and smooth, and at the same time ensuring the quality of the barrel body wrapping.
