Material Properties
420 stainless steel offers limited heat resistance with maximum working temperature of 650°C. Heat treatment processes including solution treatment and quenching annealing can enhance heat resistance by improving grain boundary structure and grain size. This material performs more efficiently in low-temperature working environments.
