S32750 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe
S32750 duplex stainless steel pipe is a high-performance alloy material offering exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and superior mechanical properties. Also known as UNS S32750 or SAF2507, this super duplex stainless steel combines the advantages of austenitic and ferritic steels, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
Chemical Composition & Physical Properties
The chemical composition includes approximately 25% chromium, 3-5% molybdenum, 6-8% nickel, and 0.24-0.32% nitrogen, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Key mechanical properties:
• Tensile strength: ≥800 MPa
• Yield strength: ≥550 MPa
• Hardness: 250-290 HB
• Elongation: ≥15%
