The equipment consists of two parts: a fixed frame for the electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and operating accessories, and a frame for the operation and testing control panel.

The engine can be tested under normal operating conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating, realistically demonstrating the composition and working process of an electronically controlled gasoline engine.

It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and higher vocational colleges, general education colleges and training institutions for practical training in automobile engines and maintenance.

Functional Features

1. A real, operational electronically controlled gasoline engine, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of an electronically controlled gasoline engine. The engine can be practically operated under normal working conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating.

2. The training platform consists of two parts: a fixed frame for the engine assembly and operating accessories, and a frame for the operation and testing control panel.

3. The training platform panel is painted with a color UV flatbed inkjet circuit diagram, which allows students to intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system. The panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof, and the surface is treated with a special primer spraying process. The panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that will never fade.

4. The training platform panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can be used to directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors, actuators, and engine control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
