Small vertical measuring cup packaging machine is an automated packaging equipment that integrates metering, bag making, filling, sealing and cutting. It is mainly used for quantitative packaging of granular, powdered or small-volume materials.
Core structure and working principle
Mechanical architecture
The equipment adopts a vertical design and consists of the following key modules:
Film feeding system: supports automatic unwinding, tension control and deviation correction of roll film, and is compatible with bag types such as three-side sealing and back sealing.
Measuring device:
Measuring cup type: volumetric metering is achieved through rotary or piston measuring cups, with an accuracy of about ±2% (depending on the fluidity of the material).
Weighing type: high-precision metering (±0.5%) is achieved with an electronic scale, suitable for precious materials.
Forming and sealing and cutting system:
The trunk former makes the film into a cylinder, the longitudinal sealer completes the side heat sealing, and the transverse sealer simultaneously completes the top sealing and cutting.
Supports cutting methods such as tooth cutting and flat cutting, and some models can be customized with continuous bag or hanging hole design.
Control system: PLC + touch screen combination, supporting parameter preset, fault alarm and data recording.
