High-precision filling technology
Metering method:
Volumetric piston pump: suitable for small-dose (10-500ml) filling, accuracy ±1%, such as oral liquid, sauce;
Flow meter + control valve: medium and high viscosity liquid (such as sauce, shampoo), the filling volume is controlled by pulse signal.
Anti-drip design:
The filling head is equipped with a pneumatic stop valve or a back suction device to prevent liquid residue from contaminating the bag.
3 Multi-column synchronous sealing
Heat sealing technology:
High-frequency heat sealing or ultrasonic welding is used to achieve smooth sealing of the bag mouth for materials such as PE, CPP, and aluminum foil.
Sealing type:
Three-side seal / four-side seal: suitable for ordinary bags;
Stand-up bag forming: integrated bottom folding and heat sealing functions, supporting automatic forming of stand-up bags;
Zipper bag: add zipper installation module to ensure that the zipper fits firmly with the bag body.
