The equipment adopts a vertical structure. The packaging material is formed into a cylinder by the former, and the bottom is heat-sealed before entering the metering stage. Common metering methods include:
Screw metering: The screw rod is driven by a stepper motor to accurately control the amount of material discharged, which is suitable for powders with good fluidity (such as milk powder and coffee powder).
Weighing metering: Equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor, real-time feedback of weight error and automatic correction, suitable for materials with extremely high precision requirements (such as pharmaceutical powders).
Volumetric metering: Quantification through a measuring cup or turntable, with lower cost but slightly lower accuracy, is often used in feed, fertilizer and other fields.
Sealing and cutting technology
Heat sealing method: Four-way heating control is adopted, and the temperature can be adjusted independently to ensure the sealing flatness and sealing of films of different materials (such as PE and aluminum foil composite films).
