Core technology principle
Electromagnetic induction separation
The equipment emits a high-frequency alternating magnetic field (80-800kHz). When metal impurities (such as iron, copper, aluminum) enter the detection area, it will generate an induced current (eddy current effect) or interfere with the magnetic field balance, triggering an alarm and starting the separation device (such as pneumatic baffles, vibrating screens).
Sensitivity: It can detect metal wires with a diameter of 0.2mm (such as SA-25 model), and the detection accuracy of non-ferrous metals (such as stainless steel) can reach 0.5mm.
Signal processing: Digital signal processing technology is used to automatically filter out interference from the material itself (such as wet or fiber-containing plastics) to avoid false alarms.
Multi-stage separation technology
Some high-end equipment integrates magnetic adsorption (for ferromagnetic metals) and eddy current separation (for non-ferrous metals) to achieve "coarse separation + fine separation" dual filtration. The equipment combines magnetic separation and screening, with a processing capacity of up to 6900L/h and a metal separation purity of over 99%.
