The back-sealed desiccant bagging machine is an intelligent device that integrates automatic metering, packaging, and testing. It is designed for efficient packaging of desiccants (such as silica gel, montmorillonite, activated carbon, etc.).
Material conveying and metering system
High-precision metering: The volumetric measuring cup or screw metering technology is used to support the precise quantitative measurement of granular and powdered desiccants (error ≤±0.5%). For example, the volumetric measuring cup achieves fixed capacity filling by rotating the cup body, which is suitable for particles with good fluidity; the screw metering controls the filling amount of the powder material by spiral pushing, which is suitable for ultrafine powder or easy-to-agglomerate materials.
Intelligent speed regulation: The servo motor drives the feeding mechanism, which can automatically adjust the conveying frequency according to the packaging speed to avoid material accumulation or idling.
Packaging molding and sealing
Back-sealed bag design: The roll film is made into a cylinder through a vertical former, and the back edge sealing is completed by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing technology to form a three-side or four-side sealed bag. The heat sealing temperature is precisely controlled by the PID independent temperature control system (temperature difference ≤3℃) to ensure a smooth seal and no leakage.
