D51K - 630 Vertical Ring Rolling Machine Precision Control Ring Rolling Height 260 Mm
Our company has developed the DRC-D51K CNC vertical ring rolling machine series and D51K fully automatic CNC ring rolling machine series, which are equipped with loading and unloading robotic arms for unmanned operation. The system uses servo motors with reducers for rolling, reducing temperature impact on feeding speed while improving accuracy and stability.
The PLC control system monitors the entire machining process according to preset parameters. It controls the electro-hydraulic proportional valve via digital-to-analog conversion, achieving precise hydraulic cylinder stroke positioning with encoder feedback. A grating ruler actively measures real-time ring size changes during rolling, initiating rounding when preset dimensions are reached.
