The Duolek Heavy Industry Ring Rolling Machine Automation Production Line is designed specifically for 5KG-10KG forged rings, integrating heating, upsetting punching, rolling and post-processing processes. The maximum production capacity can reach 240 pieces/hour, achieving continuous and intelligent production processes.

  • High-precision single axis robot slide system stably grasps high-temperature bars and accurately transfers them to the press, meeting the strict requirements of the upsetting process
  • Flat four axis robot flexibly shuttles between the three stations of the press, achieving fast and accurate grasping and transfer of workpieces
  • Single axis robot paired with an ejection device is responsible for unloading and waiting at each workstation, ensuring a tight and coherent production process
  • Dual robot mobile platform designed specifically for ring rolling machines to achieve automatic loading and unloading, improving automation level and product consistency
  • Powerful KUKA210 robot accurately completes the cutting, unloading, and automated palletizing of ring components
  • Integrated waste conveying, mold cooling and cleaning, customized blank cooling lines, and specialized palletizing trays and other auxiliary systems ensure a clean environment, stable molds, high-quality workpieces, and efficient warehousing
