Product Overview

The boiling roaster (also known as a solid fluidized-bed roaster) uses air at controlled flow rates to facilitate intense roasting reactions on powdered materials. During operation, materials maintain continuous motion similar to the boiling state of viscous liquids, hence the name "boiling roaster".

Furnace Types

Two primary configurations are available:

Straight-cylinder roasters: Primarily used for roasting non-ferrous metal concentrates.
Roasters with enlarged upper parts: Originally designed for processing ore lumps (sulfuric acid production raw materials), now widely used for various floatation ores including non-ferrous metal concentrates and sulfur-rich ores.
