The fluidized-bed roasting system is designed for oxidizing, sulfatizing, and volatilizing roasts. Also known as a solid fluidized roaster, this equipment enables powdery materials to undergo intense calcination reactions under controlled airflow conditions, operating between a stationary fixed bed and an air transport bed.

During the roasting process, materials remain in constant motion - a state resembling the boiling of a viscous liquid, hence the name "boiling roaster".

The system is available in two configurations:

• Straight Type Furnace: Primarily used for non-ferrous metal concentrates roasting with lower calcination intensity. Features a cylindrical design with minimal upper enlargement.
• Upper Enlarged Furnace: Originally developed for pyrite roasting in sulfuric acid production, now adapted for various flotation concentrates. Offers high calcination intensity and superior performance with fine materials.

• High Production Intensity: Efficient air-material contact and vigorous relative motion enable rapid reactions and superior unit area productivity.
• Enhanced Heat/Mass Transfer: Boiling action increases material surface area up to 32,800-49,200m² per cubic meter, accelerating reaction rates.
• Material Versatility: Particularly effective for rapid calcination of fine materials.
• Operational Efficiency: Simplified operation with easy mechanization and automation capabilities.
