Titanium Dioxide Rotary Kiln Overview
Titanium dioxide is recognized as one of the world's finest white pigments, widely used in coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing inks, chemical fibers, rubber, cosmetics, and particularly in the ceramic industry. Our independently developed titanium dioxide rotary kiln features high purity, uniform particle size, excellent refractive index, and superior high-temperature resistance.
Design & Structure
The titanium dioxide rotary kiln features a steel cylinder with internal refractory lining, set at a specified angle (typically 3-5%). Supported by wheel belts and gear mechanisms, it is driven by a motor through a reducer system. The structure is optimized for efficient material processing from kiln tail to kiln head.
