The Ceramsite Sand Rotary Kiln is a high-performance calcination equipment with a working temperature range of 950℃ to 1050℃. This industrial-grade rotary cylinder is designed for processing various materials across multiple industries including metallurgy, chemical processing, cement production, refractory materials manufacturing, and environmental applications.

The rotary kiln system comprises several critical components:
- Rotary cylinder with supporting wheel device
- Retaining wheel mechanism for vertical movement control
- Dual transmission system (main and auxiliary)
- Kiln head with shell-type sealing
- Kiln tail featuring axial contact seal
- Coal injection pipe assembly
During operation, raw material enters through the kiln tail discharge pipe. The inclined, rotating cylinder creates a compound movement - rolling circumferentially while moving axially from high to low temperature zones. Fuel combustion at the kiln head generates heat for material calcination, with the resulting clinker exiting through the kiln bottom into the cooler system.
