The rotary drum dryer consists of a rotary drum, driving device, feeding device, discharging device, and heating device. Wet materials enter the inclined rotary drum where they are continuously lifted and dropped while high-temperature hot air flows through, evaporating moisture. The dried materials are then discharged at the opposite end.
Unique structural design ensures full contact between materials and hot air, achieving rapid drying for both large-volume block materials and viscous paste-like materials.
Continuous rotation prevents uneven drying, ensuring stable product quality and reduced defective rates.
Adjustable parameters accommodate heat-sensitive materials and various heating methods (steam, electric, gas) to meet diverse customer needs.
