Application
Manual Bag Tipping Unit is specifically designed to manually dump any kind of powder received in bags. The unit is suitable for bag sizes up to 25 kg. The specific design combined with a reverse jet filter and powerful fan allows a completely dust-free tipping process. In addition, an optional integrated vibrating safety grid ensures free flflow and a magnetic trap ensures an end product free of metal impurities. The large back door facilitates easy dismantling of the filter sleeves.Thanks to the high sanitarydesign,manual bag tipping unit is particularly suitable forthe food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Working principle
Prior to opening the bag, the operator opens the front door.The integrated reverse jet filter, the fan and the vibrating grid start automatically. The operator places the bag on the tablet and opens it using a cutting device. The ergonomic level of the tablet prevents the operator from lifting the bag. He can then easily dump the product into the unit. Once the tipping process is finished, the front door has to be closed. The filter, the fan and the vibrating grid stop automatically.
