Method of application:
• The surface should be cleaned by toluene for removing the oil and dusty from the silicone.
• When the affects of LMW cause bad bonding under the uncompeletly vulcanizing, the silicone can be vulcanized again at 180°C for 45 minutes.
• The keypad should be cleaned by alcohol,because the surface printed with ink will cause bad adhesive power by the splashing ink.
• According with differents of reinforced gloss oil or gloss oil for comparing the effects by suit 460 instant glue, since the back of plastic keypad printed by silk screen.
• Brushing with primer or tackifier(K770) on the silicone bonding surface, placed for 3 minutes.
• Brushing fewer instant glue on the surface which brushed with primer or tackifier,then bonding with another material for proper pressing. Note: The overmuch instant glue will affect its bonding effects.
• Dryed with few munites,but its viscosity will come to the best after 24 hours.

Tips:
• This primer(K770) is volatile sovlant, It should be stored at a cool and dry palce, then covered with sealed after using.
• The brush and workbench should be cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol. In order to avoid the skiin contact, workers should be weard finger gloves, at last the products which brushed tackifier should use up in 72 hours.
• Keep airing when useing the irritant primer(K770), especially to avoid splashing to eyes, If this happened, washed with plenty of waters at once or to see the doctor.
