Method of application

1, Mix adhesive KL-301G(ABC) evenly by mixing weight ratio A:B:C=10:10:1 For example, 10g KL-301G(A) mixing 10g KL-301G(B) and 1g KL-301G(C)

 
2, Spread the adhesive on a thin sheet , coating thickness less than 0.5mm
 

3, Preheat the silicone gaskets ends against the hot mold to ensure optimised bonding strength.

 

4, Dip the gaskets ends with tiny adhesives.

 

5, Swiftly push in the two the cord joints by your hands (make sure the adhesive not get cured before the two cord end meets), keep the horizonal pressure until the upper mold close down to secure full contact of the bonding area

 

6, Close the mold for 10-20 seconds with temperature 180℃, enabling the adhesive to delivery optimized bonding strength after absorbing sufficient heat. After heating bonding, the adhesive will achieve strongest bonding strength when the adhesive is cooled at room temperature.
